Many of us hold latent, stagnant or erratic energy with in, that drains our life force. Circular Yoga, being dynamic itself, centers, balances and calms this misdirected energy. The beauty here is that our energetic potential is then released. Our vibration shifts, bringing forth creative life force, which is then available to be accessed for expressing our hearts desires.
